Dead Relaxed: The Cadaver Massage Therapy Cancellation/No Show Policy At Dead Relaxed, each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because of this, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking and must remain on file to secure your appointment. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. This policy allows us to respect the therapist’s time and offer availability to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
